Asin Homes builds “Affordable…With Style”.

 

   Using this motto as our goal, we have been successful primarily in the entry and move-up markets.  Our portfolio includes subdivision development, single family homes, small multi-family projects and small commercial buildings. Asin Homes subdivisions include Eaglecrest Subdivision in Eagle, Macanudo Place Subdivision in Boise, and we also have produced several small townhome neighborhoods such as Tanager Hollow, Palouse Townhomes, Toucan Townhomes.

 

   In each of these developments, we have also been the primary builder of all of the homes. We were “Builder of the Year” in 2004 at Woodbridge Subdivision in Meridian and we also built a good number of the patio homes and a few custom homes in Fallingbrook Subdivision.  Design/builds and customs are always welcomed and have been a substantial part of our business over the years. In addition to our mix of residential construction experience, we have had success in building income properties such as apartments, duplexes, fourplexes, and office buildings. Attention to detail, excellent follow-up on warranties, fine craftsmanship and quality are all “standards” at Asin Homes.
